UNTAMED ALIVENESS
For women who ask: “Is this really how I want to live the rest of my life?”
This is your permission to upgrade your life
xo
Sandy
There comes a moment in many successful women's lives when the life you worked so hard to build no longer feels like the whole story.
The question tugs
“Is this all there is?”
Not because anything is wrong. But because you know something deeper is waiting for you.
Over the years, I’ve sat with women in every version of this moment.
After loss. After success. After the children leave home. After the divorce. After the career that once defined them stops feeling like enough. After a happy long-term marriage.
I live for these thresholds.
And what I’ve learned is that most women simply need a place where their whole life can be witnessed. Where the parts of them that were set aside can come back online. And, where aliveness becomes something they practice as a gift to themselves.

you're asking yourself
“Am I ready to stop settling?..
You come to this work when the life you’ve built
no longer feels like the whole story.
SakredShe isn't a program.
It's an invitation to fall in love with your own life again.
To wake up feeling at home in your body, trust your own desires,
and care for yourself
with the same devotion you've so freely given everyone else.
It's the remembering of what it feels like to be turned onby your own life again —
awake in your body, devoted to the woman you actually are.
The place where women come to feel fully alive again in a life
that has become too small for her soul.

Your life may work. That does not mean it still fits.
There comes a moment when the life you worked so hard to build no longer feels like the whole story — maybe it's your relationship, your work, a role you've outgrown, a loss that changed you, or a decision you keep circling back to without ever landing anywhere. Maybe it's simply a life that looks good from the outside but doesn't feel fully yours anymore. You've gotten so good at being the strong one, the one who handles things, that you honestly can't remember the last time you asked yourself what you actually want.
You're showing up, taking care of people, keeping everything moving, and still — something feels off underneath it. You miss desire. You miss laughing until your stomach hurts. You miss feeling excited about what's ahead instead of just managing it. You miss the woman who wasn't always three steps ahead, always checking that everyone else was okay first.
Maybe you're restless for no obvious reason, or maybe you're craving more intimacy, more freedom, more fun, more room to actually breathe. And right behind that craving comes the guilt: my life is good, I should be happy, I have so much to be grateful for — so why isn't this enough? Here's the truth nobody says out loud: gratitude and wanting more can live in the same woman at the same time. You don't have to hate your life to know you're ready for something different, and you don't need a crisis to earn the right to want more.
Sometimes you know something needs to change without knowing exactly what. Sometimes you know exactly what needs to change and still can't seem to move. Either way, that's usually where the real conversation starts.
WHERE ARE YOU STUCK?
Your permission slip to live out loud,
Voice of truth you didn’t know you needed,

Founder of the SakredShe
a soul-rooted path home to your body, your range, your joy, your God, and your deepest self.
I’m not new to this.
For over 20 years, I’ve been guiding women back to the fullest expression of who they are. I’ve raised a family, built businesses, loved deeply, taken risks, reinvented more than once, and lived enough life to know that no chapter gets wasted. Life has been my greatest classroom—and I’ve been a devoted student.
I know how to hold women in both the fire and their deepest freeze because I’ve lived it. Love, loss, motherhood, business, heartbreak, reinvention—those have been some of my greatest teachers. I don’t teach from theory. I teach from what I’ve lived, what I’ve learned, and what I know can bring a woman back to life.
I’m not interested in helping you become a better version of yourself. I’m interested in helping you come fully alive as the woman you already are.
Breaking the Pattern
SEEING THE PATTERN BENEATH THE PROBLEM
You are not stuck because something is missing from you — too much of you has simply been pushed offstage. There are eight women living inside you, and each one carries something you need: your voice, your softness, your fire, your desire, your knowing, your courage, your play, your capacity to love and be loved. Ideally, they all have a seat at the table, but life has a way of changing that.
You learn which parts of yourself get rewarded and which ones make other people uncomfortable. You learn who you need to be to keep the peace, get things done, stay loved, stay safe, raise the family, build the career, survive the heartbreak, or simply make it through a season that asked too much of you. And without realizing it, one woman starts running the show — the one who handles everything, keeps everyone happy, never needs too much, stays three steps ahead, keeps pushing long after she's tired, and would rather figure it out herself than risk needing someone who might let her down.
She became very good at her job, so good that the other women began disappearing into the wings: the one who knows what she wants, the one who can receive, the one who trusts her gut, the one who says no without writing a five-paragraph apology, the one who plays, desires, creates, rests, takes up space, changes her mind, and lets herself be surprised by life. They haven't gone anywhere. They've simply stopped getting called onto the stage.
This is where Sandy's work begins — not by deciding what's wrong with you, but by getting curious about who's been running things and why. Where are you stuck, and which woman takes over there? What is she trying to protect, and which woman has been pushed offstage because of it? What becomes possible when more of you is available? Because the woman who got you through one chapter of your life may not be the one you need to write the next.
Sandy helps you see the pattern beneath what's happening on the surface. Together, you begin to recognize which woman automatically takes the wheel, understand why she learned to do it, and invite the rest of you back in — not to become someone new, but so you have more of yourself available for whatever comes next. More choice. More range. More truth. More life. And maybe, for the first time in a long time, all eight women get a say.
IT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU THINK…
A new relationship, a new job, a new city, a new promise to yourself — and somehow you keep landing in the same emotional spot. You leave the relationship where you felt invisible, then work twice as hard to be loved in the next one. You quit the job that was draining you, then rebuild the same impossible standards into whatever comes next without even noticing. You swear you'll stop saying yes to everyone, stop overthinking, stop carrying the whole damn thing, and within a week you're right back to carrying it, because the details have changed while the habit hasn't moved an inch.
You're still waiting for someone to choose you before you choose yourself, still carrying more than your share because being needed has always felt close enough to being loved, still pushing through because stopping feels unbearable, still hiding what you actually want because wanting it out loud might disappoint someone, still trusting everyone else's voice over your own. And when none of that works, you do what capable women always do: you try harder, reaching for another book, another conversation, another plan, another chance, another round of telling yourself to be grateful, be patient, be less sensitive.
But more effort can't fix what more effort helped build in the first place. The marriage, the job, the exhaustion, the decision you can't make — that's just where the pain shows up. Underneath it, the same part of you is still running things, the one who learned young how to keep the peace, stay useful, stay good, and stay in control. She got you this far, and she isn't your enemy, but she may not be who you want behind the wheel for the rest of your life.

I’m changed from the inside out.
No one can really help you change like Sandy can. I learned to trust myself and refulate my nervous system, and create loving boundaries that helped me navigate my divorce.
